Many times weekly I get asked for guidance with regards to multi forward authored by others during business time. Since it is a business e-mail does that mean they not any longer own it? Because an e-mail is written on business time, will not negate copyright and common courtesy.
In case you copy the first sender and ask should it be O.K. before forwarding their e-mail? Ccing doesnt negate asking for permission. E-mails are sent and written towards the party where they were intended, irrespective of when or where they are written and they are to not be sent to others without having the senders permission first. Period or risk the consequences.
Now, as we know, there must be no expectation of privacy online. But that doesnt mean anything goes or that business courtesy is trashed the window!
